Directors

Eghafona Festus Omorefe

Festus was trained at the school of Architecture in the faculty of Environmental Sciences, department of Architecture in the Enugu Campus of Enugu State University of Science and Technology, Enugu State, Enugu, Nigeria, where he received Bachelors and Master’s Degree both in architecture in 1998 and 2002 respectively. He is a member of Nigerian Institute of architects and registered with the architect’s Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON).

He gained experience in architectural practice in CTA & Partners Limited and Mesotho Nigeria Limited. His work ethics of excellence and hard work paid off when he was appointed to worked and served as the Director of works/facilities of Edo state College of Nursing Science, Benin City, Edo state, Nigeria, before starting his own Practice Zenith Trends & Concept limited in 2007 and co-founded Space Craft Associate Limited in 2013 respectively. He is a seasoned architect with vast experience spanning over 17 years. His vast professional experience was brought to bear on the practice, through which he continues his commitment to practice Architecture at its highest level.

As an individual he remained committed to the values of hard work and consistent improvement and professional practice of quality service delivery. His passion for excellence and continual improvement has seen him embrace technology to increased his capacity for service delivery.

As principal Consultant, he has provided the leadership and direction, which has seen the firm grow from a little practice to one of the leading practices in the country. With increasing diverse client portfolio. He is a mentor who has inspired and developed several young talents into seasoned project and design Architects.

Shittu Bidemi

Bidemi is a seasoned architect with experience spanning over 15 years. He is the Managing Partner of Space Craft Projects & Services Limited and has garnered experience in Architectural Design, Planning, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Management experience.

He began his career at Regal Property and Environment Limited, a Real Estate and Property Development firm in year 2004 as an intern architect and gradually worked his way to become the resident architect by year 2008, before moving to Steveben and Associates Limited an Architectural Consultancy Firm in Abuja, Nigeria. It was at Steveben and Associates Limited that he horns his skills before co-founding Space Craft Projects & Services Limited.

Bidemi co-founded Space Craft Projects & Services Limited in the year 2013, and is Managing Partner and Principal Architect at Space Craft Associate Limited, where he takes on the design and supervision of substantive, high end, residential and hospitality projects. For Bidemi design is intuitive, yet based on a commitment to quality and solid research; these are the characteristic he fosters in Space Craft Associate Limited design philosophy. The resulting projects speaks for themselves.

He has been involved in several projects among which is the Design and comprehensive development of 150-unit estate for the Federal Civil Service Commission in Lugbe Abuja (2011), design of 75,000 seaters capacity auditorium for Dunamis International Gospel Centre (2013), Redesign, Renovation/upgrade of Family Worship Centre Church Podium (Alter), Abuja (2018), Design of state of the art Solomon Lar Leadership Institute (2022), Design and Construction of 32 rooms, 22 rooms and 20 rooms hotel in Oshogbo, Keffi and Kuchikau both in Nasarawa state respectively for Hotel Regal Suites Limited, etc.

Associates

Oladunmoye Ayodeji Andrew

Ayodeji is a seasoned architect with over 23 years of comprehensive expertise in architectural design, project management, and site supervision. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Architecture from the Akure Campus of the Federal University of Technology Akure, as well as a Higher National Diploma in Architectural Technology from the Ede Campus of the Federal Polytechnic Ede. A graduate member of the Nigerian Institute of Architecture, Ayodeji's professional journey has traversed various roles in Architectural, Real Estate, and Construction Firms from 2003 to date, culminating in his current position in the practice since 2014.

He boasts proficiency in CAD/BIM tools and excels in orchestrating projects from pre-contract coordination through to execution. With a proven track record in contract documentation management, team coordination, and project scheduling, Ayodeji has overseen diverse ventures including international schools, residential complexes, and multipurpose halls.

His dedication to innovation and sustainability is reflected in his pursuit of AIAR membership and certifications from the USGBC and Edge. Ayodeji's profound leadership aptitude and commitment to continuous professional growth underscore his status as an accomplished architect in the field. Ayodeji is a strong project and design architect who has won several design competitions. His experience ranges from Master planning to design and management of residential, hospitality, institutional and commercial buildings and he is especially proficient in project management.

Falade Adesegun Ibrahim

Falade attended The Federal Polytechnic Bida, Bida, Niger State, where he obtains a Higher National Diploma in Architectural Technology With distinction in 2008, He later proceeded to the Federal University of Technology Akure, Akure, Ondo State, where he obtained a Post Graduate Diploma Architecture 2012, and a Master’s Degree in Project Management 2017.

He joined the firm in 2015 having previously worked in Zen Engineering as the resident architect for the practice. He has acquired varied experience on projects for Residential, Financial Institutions and Commercial Development Companies. He is especially proficient in Project Management.

Tyoden Danjuma Longji

Longji is an experienced architect who has worked in the field for more than a decade. His area of interest and expertise is Project Management, and he has successfully supervised the planning and executions of quite a number of projects from inception to completion. He attended Ahmadu Bello University in Zaria, Kaduna State Nigeria, for both his Bachelors and master’s degrees in architecture and registered with the Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA) and Architect registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON). He has worked and served in different capacities both in the private and Government organizations in the past before eventually joining the firm as an associate architect, bringing his experience to bear on some of our projects.

longji has demonstrated on a consistent basis that he is capable of solely taking on difficult projects and seeing them through to completion, all while ensuring that they remain on schedule and do not go over their allotted budget. He is highly regarded as an efficient and reliable project manager as a result of the great leadership skills he possesses and the careful character he possesses.

Not only does he have a significant amount of professional experience, but he is also quite active in the architectural community. He is always looking for new techniques and innovative ways to solve design and building construction challenges. He is very keen in deepening his knowledge and skill set, and one of the things that he takes the utmost delight in doing is staying current on new design concepts and breakthroughs.

Ekemode Olatunji

Olatunji is a seasoned civil engineer with experience spanning over seven years. He joined Viadeux Limited, a structural and construction engineering in year 2009 after his national service. He in experienced project management, construction management, civil and structural engineering consultancy. He has handled various projects for both indigenous and multinational companies while serving under different companies.

He was part of the team that executed the structural design and detailing of The Senate Building of Adekunle Ajasin University, Akugba-Akoko, Ondo state(2010), Ekiti state government house, Ado Ekiti(2013), Blue Twin Towers, Muri - Okunola(2013), Devcom bank projects(2002), Nolchem projects, now Conoil(2002), Murtala Mohammed Airport 2(2003), Supervision of Contocad factory, Oregun (2006),Design and supervision of pearl apartment at Abeokuta Street, Ebute-metta (2009), Structural Design of private hostel for Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka (2009/2010), Structural design of PSTI Project-Ondo(2010) State etc.

In addition, he was the lead engineer on the Ekiti State government Liaison office project G.R.A, Ikeja (2010). He also the structural engineer for the shopping complex development at Ikeja (2012).

In 2015, he was involved in the design of storage facility for petroleum products 120m ocllc factory for Onshore company in Dangote Refinery site at Ibeju Lekki and also supervised the installation PEB structures within the refinery.

Rotimi Shittu

Rotimi Shittu is a seasoned and accomplished Investment Banker with experience of over two (2) decades in the real estate and project finance fund syndication space. He holds a B.Sc. in Accounting and M.Sc. in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance. He is a Real Estate Fund Syndication Expert. He is currently the Managing Partner of Circlesfundme Capital Partners Ltd, while also seating on the board of several companies.

Festus Olaoluwa Motilewa

Festus Olaoluwa Motilewa is a graduate of Quantity Surveying from The Federal Polytechnic Bida, Niger State. He hails from Mopa, in Mopamura Local Government Area, Kogi State born on the 7" of February, 1980.

Festus has been in the construction industry since the mandatory National Youth Service Corp in Maiduguri, Borno State in 2008 taking part in the supervision of the construction of 8,000 housing project of the administration of Gov. Sen. Alimodu Sherrif. Upon moving to Abuja in 2010, Mr Motilewa went for training with the Project Management College UK and that was the beginning of his passion for project management.

He has worked with several construction companies amongst which is Calon Turnkey Projects as the technical officer II before joining Saraha Homes. His experience with Nairda exposed him to road construction techniques and working directly with the project manager gave him a lot of project management skills. He started working as a project manager in 2018 with Citydoves Construction Co Ltd a subcontractor in Dangote Refinary And Petrochemicals, Lagos where he led over 250 workers to produce over 5,000 precast concrete piles during the construction of the refinery. This singular opportunity was the biggest test on his proficiency and competency level.

He currently works as a project Manager for Epoch Nigeria Realties Ltd one of the fastest growing construction company in Abuja. Mr Festus Motilewa consults for other organizations in all the phases of a project: pre contract: feasibility of a project drawings, approvals etc to post contract stage.

He is proficient in Microsoft Excel, Projects, AutoCAD, CivilCAD and many tools in the industry. Above all is his result oriented abilities.

Mr Motilewa is a registered member of Chartered Institute of Project Managers of Nigeria, a lover of badminton, and reading, happily married to Mrs Oghenefovwe Motilewa
